I have had the pleasure of taking all levels of Reiki through Mastership from Carol. She is a gifted and dedicated teacher and healer who is committed to growth and helping others. A friend of mine was disabled from chronic fatigue syndrome for 10 years and had been taking a lot of Percocet in an attempt to alleviate the pain. Of course, a problem with the use of opioids is that they stop working when one builds up a tolerance level, and they can also cause rebound pain. She had been trying to lessen the amount that she took for several months, but the pain would catch up with her, and she would resume her usual doseage. The day after I was attuned to Reiki I, I did a full-body treatment on her. I didn't think much more about it until about two weeks later when she said, "You know, I haven't taken ANY Percocet for the last couple of weeks." I was really surprised, and said, "Since the Reiki I did on you?" She thought about it and said, "yes". What fascinates me is that I only did one treatment on her. I want to thank you SO much for the Reiki I class. I have been profoundly changed, and I'm so grateful. I have come from the depths of despair with frequent intense feelings of panic and fear into the light of hope and healing. I first met Carol Wilson in August of last year after I was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. I was reaching out for help in the form of a Reiki session when I found Carol. Upon our meeting, and as she talked with me, I immediately felt at ease. I believed Carol when she said that Reiki had found me . From that first moment, I started to feel a shift in how I felt about the future. After the Reiki session, which was amazing, I enrolled in her next Reiki I class and ultimately Reiki II. Carol said that having Reiki in my own hands was where I needed to start, and she was right. Continued daily self treatment has had a profound affect in relieving anxiety, and I believe it has slowed the progression of this illness. I recently had a 6 month follow up evaluation at the ALS clinic, which was basically to check my rate of progression. Carol sent distant Reiki throughout my clinic appointment to help me because after such visits in the past, I would really crash emotionally for a few days. I think this was due to the very negative and somber way the doctors would discuss my prognosis. What a difference this time! The neurologist told me emphatically that I was really doing great! The whole vibe of the appointment was very upbeat. Reiki has made a huge impact on me and changed what I believed was impossible. I feel more connected to all life on earth than ever before. I smile a lot. I no longer fear the future, and I am enjoying my life. My first experience with Carol was when our very senior dog of 16 years awakened to find she had no use of her rear legs. She was in complete panic and fear. Reiki is a beautiful gift, and receiving Reiki from Carol has been a blessing because of her wisdom and knowledge of many healing modalities. The healing that has occurred in my life with Reiki is nothing short of phenomenal. One powerful experience happened after my Reiki II attunement when I fell into a healing crisis. I called Carol who sent distance Reiki to me throughout the night until the discomfort was miraculously gone. The next day I was guided to participate in a sacred Native American Sweat Lodge where I channeled Reiki and experienced a profound and deep healing that felt as though it came from the depth of my bones. Carol, I enjoyed your essential oils class as much as your Reiki classes, and now I want to incorporate Young Living oils into my Reiki practice. Thank you for acting on your intuition and giving me the spikenard oil--it was a blessing! When I got back to the hotel from your class I placed spikenard and lavender on my husband’s feet (he had a full blown colitis flare up that day). The next morning I placed spikenard and lavender on my hands and gave John a Reiki treatment for a few minutes, and that same evening he put those same oils on his feet before going to bed. The next morning the colitis was completely gone - 24 hours after his first treatment! It was a miracle! Again, thanks so much, Carol, for everything! My life has changed so much since meeting you. Most importantly, I am cancer free, and you helped me with the process. You are such an amazing and wonderful teacher, and I thank God every day for allowing our paths to come together. Hi Carol, I just wanted to thank you for attuning me to Reiki I, Reiki II and ART and for the wonderful meditation and essential oils classes. I started to read the book, The Art of Happiness, again. I've had the book for about 5 years and it has never gotten through to me until now. I believe it to be from my newly acquired Reiki and meditation practice. My mind and heart have become clearer and calmer. I have finally started to understand what it means to be compassionate. I have harvested a lot of anger and sadness over the last few years about certain unpleasant childhood events and thus, estrangement from most of my family. At this moment I have started to forgive them, which is something I never thought I would do. I have stopped making 'everything about me' and started to see things outide my narrow filter. I also wanted to let you know the exciting news about my asthma. I have been using an essential oil on my chest, with my "new" Reiki hands, every night for the last week and after about the 4th night I was able to sleep through the night without waking up to use an inhaler! I never sleep through the night without waking up gasping. I have been off my steroid inhaler and have barely had to use my little rescue inhaler. It has been amazing! Thank you! It has been so amazing to see my life change for the better.
I have been healing myself with the Reiki in my hands, and it keeps getting better and better. I continue to be in graditude for my lessons and the places I have been in my life; however, they no longer serve me to keep them close. I get to now move forward and be the light that I am and share my gifts so that others may find the space that they choose to heal in, which is exciting and very peaceful at the same time. My ten-year-old daughter still wants to be attuned to Reiki, and I tell her soon. Carol, I think about you often and love you dearly. Love and light always and in all ways.
When I first heard about Reiki I thought about my mom in Columbia, South America and how I could help her with her cancer via Reiki distant healing so I took first and second degree Reiki from Carol. Recently, my mom came to visit me and because she will return to Columbia tomorrow Carol attuned her to Reiki I. The fact that she has been attuned gives me a sense of peace and confidence because I know that from now on she can access the Reiki energy at anytime. I didn't know what to expect from her after her attunement, but it has only been a positive experience. She now feels that she can do more than sit and wait for everyone else to do something about her health, and when she sleeps she doesn’t take her Reiki hands off her chest. I can see her health and emotional state improving. Carol also asked me to bring her to healing circle, and she was very touched by the energy and kindness of everyone. I know it will be in her heart forever. Carol, my mom and I are more than grateful. She is so happy with Reiki. Thanks again for your kindness and sensitivity.
I had come to a point in my life where I realized that what I had been creating didn't work for me. I found myself in a book store where a lady talked to me about Reiki for a few hours. I had not experienced Reiki but I knew it would be part of my journey. That night I ended up at the home of one of Carol's students and received Reiki for the first time. I knew I was going to learn Reiki and that I would learn it from Carol. I instantly felt and was impressed by the power of her and her Reiki lineage. After my Reiki I attunement I let it sit for a few weeks, and I worked on myself and my children. I then brought a picture of my brother who was very ill to Reiki II class, and another student in the group sent him Reiki with a channeled message. The result was miraculous. My brother’s wife instantly noticed a dramatic shift in my brother on a physical, mental and spiritual level. By the next day he was eating again and actually decided to sign up for a self-discovery training that he had resisted. To this day he is healthy, well, and excited about his life.
I feel that I met Carol by a plan from the Highest Power, and I am grateful to God and the Universe. I was drawn to attend Carol's Reiki I class but could not because I had to work on Friday nights. Then a mystery happened. A man from my work had a dream that I would find another job in an office. I did not believe it, but I was asked to interview for a sales position, and I got the job. It was without any logic because my English for sales is not good, and I did not have any experience for that kind of job. I went to Carol's Reiki I class, and it was my new job schedule that made it possible. I have now completed all of her Reiki classes through Mastership. Carol has taught me not only about knowledge but spirititual awakening. She also never leaves her students after they take Reiki classes. She has invaluable and priceless healing circles and teaches other classes to enhance Reiki such as meditation (she was taught by real Tibetan lamas), essential oils, Raindrop Technique. Karuna Reiki and Sound Healing. My ability to heal people, animals and the earth has been greatly enriched.
During my Reiki II attunement a strong feeling of joy overcame me, and I'm thankful to Carol for this wonderful experience. Sunday's Reiki healing circle was also a great experience with a wonderful group of people. I watched how Carol tended to a woman who was terminally ill with compassion and concern for her well being. While there is a place for traditional medicine in today's world, it seems that the kind of compassion that was evident in everyone at healing circle is all too rare in the world of traditional medicine.
I first met Carol Wilson in June 2006 when she agreed to speak at my daughter Mackenzie’s funeral, for which I will be forever grateful. Her words & loving presence then & since have been of great comfort & inspiration to Mackenzie’s father, sister & myself. Mackenzie was about to prepare for her Reiki ART attunement when she unexpectantly passed. We had spoken a lot of Reiki & she was encouraging me to be attuned, but I was dragging my feet. Carol’s decision to attune Mackenzie to Reiki Master/Teacher posthumously is one of the greatest gifts anyone could have given us. The purity & unity of love & compassion that embraced me when I went to Carol’s healing circle to receive Mackenzie’s Master certificate altered the descent into misery I might otherwise have experienced, as it was clear I had been led to the path I was intended to take. In the year and a half since then Carol has attuned me to Reiki I, II, ART and Mastership.. While grieving the loss of my precious daughter has been no small project, Reiki has enabled me to feel & understand how close she is still, if I just endeavor to open my own heart. Among the many healing gifts of Reiki is a heightened sense of the higher qualities of others & with that, one of the most difficult tasks of grieving- to understand why & how to love & forgive myself for my own mistakes & missed opportunities. While Reiki is becoming more prominent in mainstream medical practice, I, my family & friends have benefited personally from its ability to heal on the emotional & psychic level, as well.
Every day I thank the Universe that I met Carol Wilson. Since my Reiki II attunement my life has changed completely. During the 21-day cleanse following attunement, I weaned myself off of some very negative influences in my life, and I have become an immeasurably more efficient healer. I was already a therapist and an empath, but since my Reiki II attunement I can now actually see clients' energy holes and feel chakra imbalances and weak spots in meridians. My Raindrop Technique training with Carol was also amazing. Through all of my professional training I have never felt a power comparable to what Carol holds in her hands. I shall continue the pursuit of self-help and helping others heal for the rest of my life, and I accredit my current inspiration to Carol and her phenomenal ability to heal and guide her students.
I am so thankful to Carol for giving me Reiki. It has been an amazing journey in my life, and I hope to do a lot of good with it for a lot of people. I know it has already changed my perception of life for the better and is having positive effects on all the people around me. A year ago a trusted psychic told me I could use my gifts to do Reiki although I didn't have a clue as to what Reiki was. Then a couple of months ago I was guided to Reiki and specifically, to Carol, as a Master Teacher. In just weeks, after having been attuned to First and Second Degree Reiki, I have been able to help many friends and family members in ways I never could have imagined. I was amazed as I watched my seven year old son go from fever, headache, sore throat, and stomach ache to bouncing off the walls as usual in a couple of hours--from less than 10 minutes of hands-on Reiki. Many other aches and pains in my family have also been quickly relieved, and I've received positive feedback from family and friends who have received Reiki II energy from me--from its calming effects and pain relief to healing early childhood memories and past life events. I even channeled a Reiki II while on the phone with my grandmother, which she loved. I've also noticed how healthy I seem to be staying, and I've had ailments such as headaches disappear after channeling a Reiki II. I've noticed an increased ability to connect with my spiritual guidance, as well. Reiki is truly amazing and wonderful, and Carol is an amazing guide on Earth. I can't wait to start working with essential oils now. Carol has a true talent for combining many healing gifts and sharing them--we're so lucky to have her here. Carol, your Reiki I class was only a few days ago but I am already addicted to this new way of experiencing the world. I have also had many opportunities to channel Reiki for family members, including my sister who recently had surgery. It made a difference. However, I have to share this more recent event--In the middle of the night, my grandson crawled into my bed whimpering about how he couldn’t sleep; “I need an x-ray. My ear hurts.” I put my hand on the pillow and he laid his sore ear in my hand. Within 30 seconds he said, “I think I'm going to fall asleep”, and he was out. I continued to channel Reiki; he had a slight fever, but was sleeping comfortably. I pulled my hand out from under his ear and about 10 minutes later he woke up and said, “Gram, will you put your hand back under by ear?” and then fell fast asleep. I kept channeling Reiki and noticed his fever had broken. At 4 AM he jumped out of bed and headed back downstairs to his own bed. In the morning he looked up at me with his big brown eyes and said, “My ear feels better. You fixed it.” I had never said one word to him about anything that I was doing! I have also taken Carol's Meditation and Raindrop Technique classes, and one reason for my confidence with all of my new healing tools is because Carol answers all of my questions. Carol, first I want to thank you for teaching and mentoring me in Reiki, essential oils (Raindrop Therapy) and sound healing. I saw my chiropractor yesterday, and he was amazed with the progress I am making with my scoliosis. He said that I am farther along than he thought possible. My muslces are laying down, my spine is straightening out (my height has increased by 3 inches), and best of all, NO more migraines! My massage therapist also said that she cannot believe the level of healing that she sees in my body. Thank you for all the healing energies that are working at a cellular level to relieve the pain and let go of the dense energy that no longer serves me. I am also enjoying the crystal bowls that I purchased from you. When I play them before I go to sleep, I sleep like a baby. I am so excited and grateful for these new healing tools, and I desire to bring additional light and healing to our earth. I am a Registered Nurse and have successfully channeled Reiki for patients who have not William Swensen, Vice President (retired), Richards & Swensen Graphic Design, SLC, UT One of the reasons I wanted to enroll in Carol's Reiki classes was so that I could take better care of my eleven-year-old son. Not that he was ill, but that there was an inconsistency in his school work. He seemed to have good days and bad. After one week of channeling Reiki for him in the evenings, he came home from school and announced that something had changed. He said he didn't know what had happened (I do!) but that all of sudden things clicked and made sense. He went from getting Cs and Bs to getting As and Bs. Reiki is a wonderful gift. Both of my parents are chiropractors; thus, it is not surprising that I would enjoy helping people who suffer with chronic pain. Although I have had experiences channeling Reiki that are too numerous to mention, a couple of experiences stands out in my mind: One client saw a "vortex" of energy over her chest that was spinning negative energy out of her body. Afterwards, she told me that she felt great and her arthritic ankles didn't hurt anymore. Another client had a metal plate that had been surgically placed in her neck, which requiried regular epidurals to numb the pain. After a Reiki session, her pain was completely gone. I also remember when my mother and I were in Paris visiting my grandfather who had suffered a stroke and was paralyzed from his neck down. I channeled Reiki for him for two weeks, and when I had to return to California, I asked Carol to request distant healing from our Reiki community.
